ISERP est une institution universitaire interdisciplinaire ayant comme champ d'études le changement culturel, social, écologique, structurel, économique, financier, infrastructurel et politique au niveau local (Madagascar) que de ses relations internationales.

Dans la société humaine où il y a tant de contraintes, l'importance de l'éducation, l'évolution technologique, l'éfficacité managériale et la maîtrise des phénomènes de développement dans leur globalité constituent le centre de ses analyses. ISERP part de la réalité sociale, de son expérience des problèmes de développement et de la connaissance théorique.

Ainsi, ISERP s'active dans la contribution au développement de Madagascar et à l'amélioration des conceptions stratégiques.

ISERP is a private and nonsectarian university in Antananarivo Madagascar. Activities are there performed from pluridisciplinary ways which are based on cultural, social, structural , ecological, economic, financiary, infrastructural and political change in local and international level.

Face to the constraints steming from the importance of education, the technological evolution, the managerial effectiveness and efficiency and the master of the development phenomenoms that may be seen in human society. ISERP is fixing its analysis center and so is regarding deeply the social realities, its one experience on development problem and the theoritical knowledge.

Thus, ISERP is dealing with the strategic conceptions betterment in order to contribute in Madagascar development.
